STORYTIME
Remember storytime for your children is held Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am.
Jen Wallender is our Storytime Coordinator. Storytime is done for the 2010 spring season.
Jen has a background in education and brings energy and great fun to storytime.
Storytime is open to all children ages 3 and up.
If your child is younger than 3 but can sit through storytime, they are welcome if a
parent or other adult accompanies them. Some children can't sit through an entire
storytime. You are more than welcome to bring them and then take them out when
their attention fades. Please plan on joining us again in the fall for
stories, rhymes, music, and FUN!
The Summer Reading Program theme for 2010 is
Make a Splash! Read!
and is based on summer fun in the water.
Monday mornings in June at 10:10 there are storytime and craft sessions which last about 45 minutes or so here at the library.
Throughout the summer children can pick up their reading logs, read for 60 minutes, and return the logs to the library for a treat or a toy.
Let's keep our kids reading!
